The once-ubiquitous Lutfi has filed suit against the singer and her parents Tuesday for libel and defamation, just three days after they slapped him with a restraining order.

Lutfi’s libel claim includes pages of his versions of events back when Brit was playing out her personal struggles in public and he never far from sight.

That’s changed since Spears’ father, Jamie, was granted conservatorship over her affairs. The Spears clan has also obtained a restraining order against paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

Lutfi’s claim cites mama Lynn Spears’ recent book, “Through the Storm,” and says it is filled with “false statements.”

He also claims he urged Britney to reconcile with her parents while serving as her estwhile “manager.” He got the boot when Jamie Spears became her conservator.
