Death Cab For Coeds

The Rogers Wireless Campus Battle ’09 is giving the company’s customers a chance to vote with their thumbs for their favorite Canadian university, with the winning campus receiving a private Death Cab for Cutie show near the school. Participants text BATTLE to 4869 or access the contest through their phone’s mobile Internet browsers.

For non-texters, the company is also accepting votes via the Campus Battle Facebook page.

Voting ends March 1.

At press time, Dalhousie University was leading the race with more than 12 percent of votes, while University of Windsor trailed with 7 percent.
