It’s A Jonas World
Joe, Nick and Kevin will spend the early part of the spring in warmer climes, with shows in the Bahamas and Puerto Rico, followed by the trio’s debut dates in South America, where they’ll visit Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
The sibs’ next target is Europe, where they’ll play shows in Spain, France and the U.K.
Is there a better way to kick off the summer than with a North American tour? Not for our boys, who launch theirs June 20 at the spankin’ new Dallas Cowboys Stadium deep in the heart of Texas.
The 44-city trek, which features openers Jordin Sparks and Honor Society, will take them across the U.S., as well as into Canada for a month in July.
“Enough with the travelogue!” I hear you cry, “How do we get tickets?” Glad you asked.
Team Jonas fan club members in select cities will have first crack at tickets, beginning March 16.
“How do I become a member of Team Jonas?” you ask. Easy. Visit JonasBrothersFanclub.com or TeamJonas.com to sign up for a one year membership, priced at $34.99.
Membership includes a welcome gift, frequent contests (including chances to win meet & greet passes!) and giveaways, videos and photos from the road and, as I mentioned before, the chance to buy four tickets before seats go on sale to the general public.
Info on specific cities and times for presales and public onsales is available at JonasBrothers.com.
The Jonas Brother’s World Tour 2009 promises to be quite a spectacle, with a massive 140-foot plus stage set up in the center of each arena to provide good views of the action for everyone. The show will feature a circular water screen, multi-color laser effects, motion automated video screens and a giant crane that levitates over the audience.
Says brother Joe: “This tour is going to be about really connecting with our fans. We’ve got new music that’s taking us in new directions plus a mind-blowing production that’s going to surprise everyone. We want to give the audience the summer concert they’re not going to ever forget.”
I can hear the screaming already.
