You can imagine how the booker on “Late Show with David Letterman” feels. Leno got the band for an entire week earlier this month, but Dave gets them for only one night. That’s show biz.

Meanwhile, Leno scores Prince for, not one night, not two nights, but three straight nights – March 25, 26 and 27. And Chris Cornell lands on Carson Daly for two consecutive nights – March 24 & 25.
