Tax Office Threatens Theatre Owner

The Australian Tax Office has sought to wind up Princess Theatre Pty. Ltd. regarding $5.5 million in unpaid taxes.

Owned by property manager David Marriner, it operates the Princess, Regent, Comedy and Forum Theatres.

At a court hearing March 18, Marriner was told to present financial information on the company April 8.
