Andre Benjamin, better known as Outkast’s Andre 3000, is free on $1,200 bond in Georgia after being charged with driving 109 m.p.h. on a highway outside Atlanta March 28.

Police said Benjamin told them he was going so fast because he missed an exit and had to turn around.

Andre 3000 is expected to appear in court April 29.
