Capitol Music Hall Sale Finalized

Live Nation’s sale of the Wheeling, Va., Capitol Music Hall is final, with the historic venue staying in local hands.

The Wheeling-Ohio County Convention and Visitors Bureau said it closed the $615,000 purchase April 3 and plans to resolve fire safety issues before a planned reopening in mid-September.

Live Nation closed the hall in 2007, citing safety issues.
