TKO Acquires Vital Agency

TKO has acquired The Vital Agency, with owner/founder J.J. Cassiere and agent Matt Anderson joining the TKO staff.

TKO has absorbed Vital’s roster, which includes VersaEmerge, Mychildren Mybride and Vanna.

Cassiere will work out of TKO’s New York office and Anderson will work out of the Los Angeles office.
