Lovato will warm up for the trek with a May 3 appearance at The Bamboozle Festival at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, N.J., followed by a trio
of European shows as support for Jonas Brothers (Madrid, Paris, London).

The singer’s summer tour features “American Idol” alum David Archuleta as opener and kicks off June 21 at XL Center in Hartford, Conn. Joining the party on selected dates are Jordan Pruitt and KSM.

The 43-city run will focus primarily on arenas, with a handful of fair stops including the Delaware State Fair, the Ohio State Fair, the Wisconsin State Fair and the Indiana State Fair.

Presale tickets are available to members of Demi Lovato’s Say Now community (SayNow.com/DemiL) and through her fan club(DemiLovato.com/FanClub).

General ticket sales begin April 25.

Lovato stole the show from the Jonas Brothers last June in the Disney Channel flick “Camp Rock” and scored a hit record when her debut album landed at No. 2 upon release.

Her Disney Channel Series “Sonny with a Chance” and an upcoming DC movie with Selena Gomez, “Princess Protection Program,” have kept her busy since then. Needless to say, the singer is jazzed about finally stepping center stage.

“I’ve always dreamed of headlining my own tour, and it’s so exciting to have that dream come true,” she explained. “I’m looking forward to seeing all my incredible and supportive fans and play new music for them.”

Lovato’s sophomore album is due in July.
