Most of Roth’s music deals with topics that wouldn’t be out of place on an album by any band you’d find on the roster of any indie music festival – girls, pot, hanging out with friends.

What helps set the 23-year-old graduate of Pennsylvania’s West Chester University apart is his motivation for doing what he does – he loves hip-hop. If the money follows, then so be it.

Roth, spurred on by fans, even criticized greedy rappers who “don’t share, don’t donate to charity,” with “A Mille Remix,” a freestyle rhyme over the beat from Lil’ Wayne’s “A Milli.”
