Kroeger Sued
Noah Morse filed suit in British Columbia Supreme Court, alleging Kroeger intentionally beat him, causing a concussion, permanent scars and headaches among other physical ailments, according to the Canadian Press.
The complaint reportedly says that the alleged beatdown took place in front of the Roxy nightclub in Vancouver May 4, 2007. Morse is seeking compensation for medical expenses and lost past and future income. He’s also seeking punitive damages, according to The Province.
Kroeger was convicted of drunken driving in 2008 when he was stopped by Canadian police for speeding in his Lamborghini. His blood-alcohol level reportedly tested at nearly twice the legal limit.
