Mickey Leigh, organizer of the event and Ramone’s brother, will treat the assembled revelers to rough mixes of never-before-heard tracks that are currently being polished up for a posthumous album release later this year.

Other performers at the May 19 shindig at The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza include The Friends of Joey (featuring Richie Ramone, Handsome Dick Manitoba, Jean Beauvoir, Ivan Julian, George Tabb, Al Maddy and Leigh), Death, Rough Francis, Uncle Monk (featuring Tommy Ramone), Tom Clark & The High Action Boys and Bebe Buell.

As guests arrive, they’ll be treated to Ramones songs steel drum-style by Tracy Thornton and the evening will end with a bagpipe performance by Sean O’Sullivan’s Punk Pipers.

Tickets for the evening, priced at $25 for advanced sales and $30 day of show, are available at the venue box office or at LiveNation.com.

Net proceeds from the event go to support the Joey Ramone Foundation for Lymphoma Research.
