Co-Headline Tour To Eliminate All Evil In The World
Although Collective Soul and Gavin DeGraw have never toured together before, it turns out they’re fans of each other, making this outing more like summer vacation among friends than a business decision to sell tickets.
The tour starts in Cleveland at House of Blues on June 22 and the last date on the current schedule is July 15 in Fort Lauderdale at Revolution.
Between Cleveland and Fort Lauderdale look for the tour to touch down in Indianapolis at the Egyptian Room (June 24); Des Moines at the Arts Festival (June 26); and Kansas City at the Beaumont Club (June 29).
July stops include Tulsa at the Spirit Bank Center (July 7); Southaven, Miss., at Snowden Grove Amphitheatre (July 9); Chicago at the World’s Largest Block Party (July 10); Columbus, Ohio, at Lifestyle Communities Pavilion (July 11); Myrtle Beach, S.C., at House of Blues and Lake Buena Vista, Fla., at House of Blues.
“We are excited to get back out on the road this summer, and are delighted it’s with Gavin,” Collective Soul frontman Ed Roland said. “The band has always been big fans, and we look forward to some great shows.”
“Collective Soul is a great group of guys with a great sound,” DeGraw said. “I partied with them in the fabulous city of Atlanta. It’s going to be an exciting tour and I am looking forward to it.”
Green River Ordinance has signed on for the support slot. Tickets go on sale beginning May 15. For more information on the tour, visit the official Web sites for Collective Soul and Gavin DeGraw by clicking here and here.
