Kanye Heartless About Twitter
Yesterday Kanye pounded out another angry blog post on kanyeuniversecity.com in all Caps (what else?!) ranting about what he thought of the 140-character Internet phenomenon. He kicked off the post by pointing out, “This spaz comes courtesy of losers making fake Kanye West Twitter accounts.”
He then proceeded to get into all-Caps mode but we’ll go ahead and lowercase the post and refrain from shouting at you.
“I don’t have a f***ing Twitter. … Why would I use Twitter??? I only blog 5 percent of what I’m up to in the first place. I’m actually slow delivering content because I’m too busy actually busy being creative most of the time and if I’m not and I’m just laying on a beach I wouldn’t tell the world.”
Interesting that Kanye’s wayyyy too busy for Twitter but he still has time to blog pictures of Fedaboa belts, Playboy Playmate Raquel Gibson and a computer mouse that looks like an old school Nintendo controller. But that’s only five percent of what he’s doing. Don’t you wish upon a star you could know the other 95 percent?! OMG.
“Everything that Twitter offers I need less of. The people at Twitter know I don’t have a f***ing Twitter so for them to allow someone to pose as me and accumulate over a million names is irresponsible and deceitful to there [sic] faithful users. Repeat … The heads of Twitter knew I didn’t have a Twitter and they have to know which accounts have high activity on them. It’s a f***ing farce and it makes me question what other so called celebrity twitters are actually real or fake. Hey Twitter, take the so called Kanye West Twitter down now … Why? … Because my Caps Lock key is loud !!!!!!!!!”
It is loud indeed. True dat, Kanye.
Apparently Twitter listened, taking down the account \kanyewest with the message “Sorry, the account you were headed to has been suspended due to strange activity.” Since there are a “million” Kanye imposters, not all wannabe Kanye accounts have been taken down.
On a less loud note, Kanye has predicted who will be the next Frank Sinatra. In last week’s issue of NME, the rapper told the magazine that British singer Mr Hudson is where it’s at.
“Mr. Hudson has the potential to annihilate me, and I will do everything to help him do that,” Kanye said. “He’s not going to make some of the mistakes that I’ve made, spazzing out and p*ssing people off. I think he’s going to end up being a really cool Sinatra-type character.”
Kanye is producing Mr Hudson’s second album, Straight No Chaser and is also featured on Mr Hudson’s single “Supernova.”
What I’m really interested in hearing about is what Kanye thought of “American Idol” Kris Allen’s cover of “Heartless” – and the fact that judge Randy Jackson said he liked Allen’s version better than the original.
What did you think of Allen’s version? I thought it was genius. Seriously, so good!
