Developing Tulsa’s One Place
Discussions are under way between Tulsa, Okla., city officials and developers about building a $38 million, mixed-use development to be located near the city’s 18,000-capacity
Bob Eggleston of One Development LLC is negotiating with the Tulsa Development Authority to buy a portion of the land needed for the One Place Development, which would feature a 120-room hotel, restaurants, retail space, entertainment venues and single-level lofts and flats.

“I thought there would be a race for something to open there before BOK Center opened, but nothing happened,” Eggleston said. “The BOK Center has been open since Sept. 1, and still nothing is there to keep people downtown.”
Eggleston told the Journal Record that once approved, it could take about a year to break ground and another two years to finish construction of the project.
