NBC announced today Conan O’Brien’s first guest will be Will Ferrell, who helped the talk show host close out his tenure at “Late Night” in February.

The musical christening of O’Brien’s version of “The Tonight Show” will come courtesy of Pearl Jam, who will debut a few tracks from their new album.

The new host makes his debut June 1.
