Greenville, S.C., club buyer John Jeter knows a thing or two about booking – shows as well as the literary variety.

He recently added first-time novelist to his resume with the publication of “The Plunder Room,” a multigenerational Southern military saga that marks Jeter’s 20th year writing fiction.

Jeter’s main gig, The Handlebar, also marks a milestone this summer, celebrating its 15th year.
