Miley Cyrus North America Tour!
The AEG Live fall tour, Cyrus’ first arena outing sans her Hannah Montana TV persona, will feature special guests Metro Station whose members include Cyrus’ brother Trace.
You lookin’ for dates? How about Sept. 16 in Tacoma at the Tacoma Dome? Or Sept. 18 in Oakland at the Oakland Arena? There’s also Sept. 20 in San Jose at the HP Pavilion; Sept. 22 in Los Angeles at Staples; and Sept. 23 in Anaheim at Honda Center.
But that’s just the first few days. Other stops on the tour include St. Louis on Oct. 4 at Scottrade Center; Auburn Hills (Detroit) on Oct. 6 at the Palace of Auburn Hills; Oct. 18 in Dallas at American Airlines Center and Oct. 21 in Memphis at the FedEx Forum.
Along with the tour, Cyrus has teamed with designer Max Azria of apparel house BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP to create a new clothing line called Miley Cyrus & Max Azria, which debuts exclusively at WalMart in August.
But back to the tour news. Specifically tickets.
American Express Card members will get be able to purchase tickets prior to the public starting 10 a.m. local time June 10 through 10 p.m. local time June 12.
Fan club presale starts two days earlier on June 18 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time.
Tickets for the general public go on sale June 13 at 10 a.m. local time. All tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster’s paperless ticket delivery. What does this mean other than you don’t receive an actual physical ticket for your money? Concert goers must present the credit card used for purchasing the tickets, along with a government-issued photo I.D. to the venue the day of the show. Ushers will swipe the credit card upon entry and issue the appropriate seat locator slips. Fan club purchases will also be ticketless.
