SF Goes Dark

The Fillmore and Great American Music Hall in San Francisco went dark June 5, but not by choice.

An explosion inside an underground Pacific Gas & Electric vault left more than 8,000 customers in the Tenderloin district in the dark.

About 6,000 had power by that evening but not so at the Fillmore, which had Del tha Funkee Homosapien as headliner.

There are no plans to reschedule the show.
