SpiritBank Center Losing Team?

A lawsuit filed against the owner and operator of the SpiritBank Event Center in Tulsa, Okla., by its NBA-affiliated minor league basketball tenant, the Tulsa 66ers, could lead to the team moving to new digs next year, according to Tulsa World.

The suit filed against Home Ventures Inc. is seeking about $200,000 in alleged unpaid revenue from tickets, concessions, shared sponsors, gate sales and compensatory damages for the 66ers, an affiliate of the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder, for the 2008-09 season.
