Hard 8, BNL Join Front Line Fold

Career Artist Management and Hard 8 Management have merged and have brought in new client Barenaked Ladies.

The new company is named CAM 8 and is based out of 1100 Glendon Ave. #1100 in Los Angeles.

The company is headed by Career Artist Management owner Jordan Feldstein and Hard 8 Management founder / Vagrant Records co-owner Rich Egan.

Career Artist Management aligned itself with Irving Azoff’s Front Line Management more than a year ago, so Egan’s clients will most likely also be strategically aligned with the management monolith.

Hard 8’s clients include Dashboard Confessional, Shooter Jennings, The Wallflowers and Augustana. CAM 8’s roster includes Maroon 5, The Get Up Kids, Sara Bareilles, Megadeth, Phantom Planet and Collective Soul.

CAM 8 has also struck a partnership with manager and Columbia Records’ A&R executive Kevin Kusatsu, who represents Diplo.

“Rich and I couldn’t be happier that Barenaked Ladies are the first act to sign on to CAM 8,” Feldstein said in a statement. “We’re looking forward to working with the band to build on the amazing success they’ve already achieved.”
