Amusement Parks On Fire will open shows Sept. 8 through Sept. 26 and Island will open shows Sept. 28 through Oct. 15.

If you can’t wait until September to break out your dancing shoes with the ‘80s legends, rent the 2002 flick “24 Hour Party People,” which chronicles Manchester’s music community from 1976 to 1992 with a focus on Factory Records artists and label head Tony Wilson. Wilson discovered Happy Mondays in addition to signing Joy Division and New Order. The film was named for Happy Mondays’ 1987 single of the same title.

Before heading out on tour with Happy Mondays, the Psychedelic Furs play Festival Internacional de Benicassim-FIB in Benicassim, Spain., July 19.

Happy Mondays is performing at V Festival in Chelmsford, U.K. Aug. 22 and in Shropshire, U.K. Aug. 23.
