A nasty bug has forced Billy Joel to postpone another date with Elton John.

Flu-like symptoms have caused Billy Joel to postpone tonight’s show at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y.

The engagement is the second date to be delayed due to Joel’s sudden malady. The concert scheduled for July 24 in Buffalo at the HSBC was postponed hours before the show was to begin.

Joel’s doctors advised the star to refrain from performing for 72 hours due to “extreme fatigue.”

Like Friday’s postponement, tonight’s show is expected to be rescheduled and details are forthcoming. The next stop on the John / Joel tour is Thursday, July 30 in Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park.
