Bar Owner Faces Rape Charge

A Baton Rouge, La., bar owner sued by House of Blues is also facing a rape charge.

HOB filed a $2 million trademark-infringement lawsuit in 2007 against Leonard Douglass for naming his facility House of Blues Baton Rouge without authorization, according to Findlaw.com.

Douglass is accused of raping an 18-year-old woman at the bar. He was arrested July 29 and is currently out on bail.
