Artwork is set for release Aug. 31. Outburn gave the album kudos for its “humbling ability to sound scrappy and raw while being perfectly polished and huge.” Alternative Press also had great things to say about the release, writing that, “The Used have delivered not only the definitive album of their career but arguably one of the best records you’ll hear in 2009. 4 1/2 stars.”

The album’s first single, “Blood On My Hands” has already proven to be a huge success by premiering on iTunes with over 5,000 downloads the first day. Artwork’s second single, “Born To Quit,” was released on iTunes yesterday.
