The New York Times reports Jay-Z’s camp is expected to announce the show, which will benefit the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund, sometime today.

The Times also reports the concert will be simulcast on cable music network Fuse.

Although the show hasn’t been announced and no ticket info has been released, MTV – which was unable to get comment from Jay-Z’s reps – says tickets for the show popped up on eBay this morning priced at $599 a pair.

In other Hova news, MTV also reports a third song from Blueprint 3, “Off That Beat,” was leaked to the Internet yesterday.

The network says the Timbaland-produced cut, which features a guest appearance by Drake, has a “European-techno hip-hop vibe.”
