Oral Sex Request Results In Fracas At Fiddy’s House
Dwayne McKenzie, who lives in a building on the grounds of the rapper’s Farmington, Conn., home, approached a woman during a party at the mansion in the early morning hours of August 16 and asked for oral sex, according to a police report obtained yesterday by the Hartford Courant.
But one of the woman’s friends was apparently offended by McKenzie’s request. That’s when the two women and their friends tried to leave the premises. According to court docs, Michelle Krzykowski, of New Britain, ran after the women, grabbing one of them.
At that point McKenzie reportedly shouted that Krzykowski was attacking the wrong woman (as if there was a right woman to attack). According to the police report, Krzykowski started beating the original target of McKenzie’s desire by hitting her with a hard object resulting in a wound that eventually required nine staples to close.
According to witnesses, McKenzie pinned the victim down while Krzykowski hit her.
The victim, who reportedly shot pepper spray into McKenzie’s eyes, eventually escaped, called 911 and now McKenzie and Krzykowski face charges of second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault and breach of peace. McKenzie was also charged with first-degree unlawful restraint.
50 Cent wasn’t at the mansion when the alleged incident took place. In fact, he’s been trying to unload the house – putting it on the market for $18.5 million, before dropping the amount to the clearance-sale price of $10.9 million for an abode that includes 19 bedrooms, 37 bathrooms, billiards rooms, racquetball courts and a disco complete with stripper poles.
Meanwhile, McKenzie has lawyered up. Associated Press reports attorney Gerald Klein called the accusation that his client urged Krzykowski to attack the victim is “totally false.”
“He’s not a celebrity, but he works for one,” Klein said. “So I guess he can be targeted by people looking to make hay.”
The Courant says this isn’t McKenzie’s first brush with the law, and that he faces charges including strangulation and assault resulting from a different case in May. He was also found guilty in 2007 of illegally possessing a firearm. According to court documents, that one resulted in a suspended 5-year sentence.
