BLS Takes Its Pedal Off The Metal
Health problems have sidelined Zakk Wylde, causing Black Label Society to exit the Pedal To The Metal tour.
Wylde was admitted into a hospital yesterday in Eugene, Ore., where doctors diagnosed the guitar man’s problems as blood clots in the lungs.

From Black Label Society’s MySpace page:
“BLS apologizes to ticket holders on the remaining ‘Pedal To The Metal’ dates for the inconvenience, as well as to all BLSNATION Meet & Greet purchasers who gathered for the event this afternoon and in the remaining cities. BLSNATION refunds will be processed promptly.”
The Pedal To The Metal tour, which also features Mudvayne plus Suicide Silence and Bury Your Dead with sideshow revue Hellzapoppin between sets, plays the Reno Events Center tonight. Minus Wylde and BLS, of course.
