More Euro Dates For U2

U2’s 360° tour shows no sign of slowing down as the band announces new European stops scheduled for next summer and fall.

It’s another round of stadium shows with the band playing Germany, Greece, Turkey, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Denmark and Russia.

The additions include Frankfurt at the Commerzbank Arena Aug. 10; Hannover at AWD Stadium Aug. 12; Horsens, Denmark, at Forum Horsens Aug. 15; Helsinki at Olympic Stadium Aug. 20; Moscow at Luzhniki Grand Sports Arena Aug. 25 and Vienna at Ernst Happel Stadion Aug. 30.

Come September 2010 the band plays Athens at Olympic Stadium Sept. 3 and Istanbul at Atatürk Olympic Stadium Sept. 6. Then it’s back to Germany for a show in Munich at the Olympiastadion Sept. 15, followed by Paris at Stade de France Sept. 28 and then Seville, Spain, at Estadio Olimpico Sept. 29.

There’s also one new October 2010 stop – Coimbra, Portugal, at Coimbra Stadium Oct. 2.

According to U2’s official Web site, Horsens, Helsinki and Vienna go on sale Sept. 29 while other onsale dates are listed as TBA.
