New Old Orpheum

Following years-long improvements at the Orpheum Theater Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., the venue recently celebrated a grand reopening, highlighting updates taking it back to its original 1913 splendor.

The room was fitted with period-correct seating and new architectural details and carpeting, as well as a new roof, sound and lighting systems. The city has pumped approximately $2.5 million into the project.

Upcoming shows at the venue include Kyle Eastwood Band, Bruce Hornsby and Leo Kottke.
