Live Nation Discovers People Love Discounts

How popular was last week’s 2-for-1 promotion? Live Nation says sales increased 300 percent over the previous week. That’s why the concert promotion company is doing it again today.

Along with that 300 percent figure, Live Nation says fans saved more than $350,000 last week by taking the company up on their buy-one, get-one free offering.

Today’s 2-for-1 special started one minute after midnight this morning and runs through midnight tonight. Up For grabs at 50 percent off include ducats for shows by Ozomatli, Anvil, Train, Widespread Panic, Moby, Blues Traveler, Buddy Guy, Jewel and LMFAO.
