The tour gives Europeans a second chance to experience songs from the band’s 2009 release – Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. The band did a short stretch of Euro dates in June after the album’s release, but for many fans across the pond the winter tour marks the first time they’ll hear those songs live.

And there will be plenty of opportunities to do just that. The Feb. 13 Stockholm date is at the city’s Arenan. The band plays Copenhagen at the Falconer Theatre Feb. 14; Hamburg at the Congress Center Feb. 16; Berlin at the Tempodrom Feb. 17 and Vienna at the Gasometer Feb. 19.

Other Europe stops include Munich, Milan, Rome, Padova, Cologne, Antwerp, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.

Then the band travels across the Channel to the United Kingdom for a London gig at the O2 March 6. Manchester follows with a booking at the Apollo Theatre March 7; Dublin at the O2 March 9; Glasgow at the SECC March 11 and Birmingham at the O2 Academy March 12.

Public onsale is Friday, Oct. 23, but members of the Warehouse (DMB’s fan association) get their own presale beginning tomorrow. For more information, please click here for the Dave Matthews Band website.
