The Comedy Central Live: Gabriel Iglesias The Fluffy Shop tour kicks off Jan. 14 at the Majestic Fox Theater in Bakersfield, Calif., and wraps up back in the Golden State May 5 at The Show At Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Additional shows include Moore Theatre in Seattle (Jan. 23), Wilma Theatre in Missoula, Mont. (Jan. 25), Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, Texas (Feb. 14), The Pageant in St. Louis (Feb. 28), Byham Theater in Pittsburgh (March 4) and Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando (March 12).

A fan club ticket presale kicks off Nov. 4. Tickets will be available to the general public Nov. 7.

Before heading out on the Fluffy Shop tour, Iglesias plays the Ohkay Casino in San Juan Pueblo, N.M., Nov. 6 followed by a three-night stand Nov. 13-15 at The Improv in Brea, Calif.

What’s all this fluffy talk about? If you aren’t familiar with Iglesias’ comedy, in one of his classic jokes he explains that there are five levels of fatness, from lightest to heaviest – Big, Healthy, Husky, Fluffy and DAMN! Iglesias proudly says that he falls into the fluffy category.

Tune into Comedy Central Nov. 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT for the world premier of the comedian’s one-hour stand-up special, “Gabriel Iglesias: I’m Not Fat…I’m Fluffy.” A DVD of the special will be released nationally Nov. 10 on Comedy Central Home Entertainment and Parmount Home Entertainment. It will also be available as a download through iTunes, Amazon Video On Demand, Xbox LIVE Marketplace, Zune and Playstation Store.
