DJ AM Estate Sues

The estate of Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein is suing Clay Lacy Aviation and Learjet Inc. among other defendants in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Goldstein, who died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs and cocaine in New York in August, was seriously injured in a plane crash in South Carolina last year.

The amended complaint was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Nov. 13.
