Hawkins statement is just one of many interesting revelations that come to light in “Foo Fighters: On the Record with Fuse,” a new show that premiers tonight at 10 p.m. EST.

During their interview with Fuse host Toure’, Grohl and Hawkins dish about their latest release, Greatest Hits, and everything else you ever wanted to know about the six-time Grammy award winning band.

Grohl on fatherhood: “… I swear to God, I’m on the road, sitting in my hotel room with a beer … it’s 3 o’clock in the morning when the bar’s raging downstairs. I’m upstairs drinking a Coors Light and just looking at baby shit on the Internet.”

Hawkins on being a drummer working for a drummer: “Well there’s a lot of good things about it because a lot of the time the drummer gets shit on. But I have a drummer as a boss, or leader of a band, so he knows how it feels.”

Grohl on Kurt Cobain’s death: “… when Kurt passed away, no one could imagine playing music ever again really. It was difficult to listen to music. Then I realized, oh wait, there’s healing music…”
