Fuller announced yesterday that he’s launching a new cross-platform reality show called “If I Can Dream.” The new show will be distributed online via Hulu, over radio airwaves via Clear Channel stations and through social networking site MySpace.

The concept for the series involves viewers following the lives of five young hopefuls as they pursue their dreams of stardom in Hollywood.

MySpace will take point, acting as the portal for auditions via videos uploaded by applicants for the five spots. The show will also have a MySpace page that will allow fans to interact with each other, cast members and producers of the program.

Hulu will stream an “If I Can Dream” episode each week that strings highlights of each cast member’s experiences from the previous seven days into one coherent storyline.

Clear Channel is expected to promote the series on shows carried on its radio stations and through online and mobile devices.

Two other partners in the venture, Ford and PepsiCo, will both create marketing campaigns designed to draw viewers’ attention to the innovative program.

“If I Can Dream” is expected to debut early next year.
