Odds & Ends: Def Leppard, Jonas, Underwood & D’Leon
Looney Tunes
Def Leppard has signed a marketing and branding deal with music publishing company Primary Wave that includes a cartoon TV show.
Primary Wave CEO Larry Mestel explained that the proposed show would depict the five members of the British metal group in a “fictional, adventurous setting,” according to Reuters. The cartoon is still in the early stages and hasn’t been pitched to the networks yet. Maybe a cartoon Taylor Swift could make a guest appearance to perform a duet.
The music publishing company is developing “unusual” videogame and cell phone applications for the band and will also handle Def Leppard’s music publishing. Sony/ATV was previously in charge of this. The songs’ various composers will still own copyrights to the tunes.

The Jonas/Deleasa Wedding
Sorry ladies – Kevin Jonas is officially off the market.
On Saturday the 22-year-old Jonas Brother tied the knot with 23-year-old Danielle Delesea, a former hairdresser, at Oheka Castle, a 109,000-square-foot French-style chateau in Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.
“We’re so happy that we’re finally married and we were able to share the special moment with family, friends and loved ones,” the couple told People magazine.
Despite the threat of a blizzard, Kevin Jonas and his girl didn’t let a little snow ruin the happy occasion. The wedding was attended by 400 family members and friends.
Kevin’s younger brothers and bandmates Joe and Nick served as his best men.

The singer recently gave a shout out to her man in the liner notes to Play On, her third studio album, which was released last month.
“Thank you (No.) 12 [referring to his jersey number.] You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way!”
