The 12th annual event will take over downtown Miami’s Bicentennial Park March 26-27 as the official finale of the 25th anniversary Winter Music Conference.

For a number of acts on the UMF roster, the festival will mark their only U.S. appearances for 2010.

Other artists on tap besides the stellar trio of headliners include Swedish House Mafia, Eric Prydz, Passion Pit, The Crystal Method, Disco Biscuits, Carl Cox, Dirty South, , Rabbit in the Moon, Infected Mushroom, Plump DJs, Felix Da Housecat, Pretty Lights,Adam Freeland, Green Velvet, Alex Metric, Lotus, Uberzone vs. Bassbin Twins, Dan Black, Evil Nine, Kevens, Afrobeta, Faithless Sound System, Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Crookers, Bloody Beetroots, Ghostland Observatory, Major Lazer, Bassnectar, ,ATB, Glitch Mob, Diplo, LTJ Bukem, A-Trak, Rusko, Banga, Skream, Caspa and Toddla T.

Additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

A new addition to the festivities this year is the Dub and Bass arena on Saturday, featuring a who’s who of both genres.

Tickets for UMF, priced at $139.95 for two-day general admission, are available through UltraMusicFestival.com.

Two-day VIP tickets, priced at $350, are also available and include strategically placed viewing of the main stage, meet & greets with artists, no-wait entry to the festival via a VIP entrance, VIP bars and premium food vendors, air-conditioned restroom trailer facilities and more.
