Tony’s Back
So much for a long-needed vacation. Tony Conway, former co-owner and CEO of Buddy Lee Attractions, is back in business with a newly launched entertainment consulting firm.
He has been named talent consultant and executive producer for Ronnie Gilley Entertainment, which includes the new Country Crossing entertainment complex in Dothan, Ala.
It’s just “phase one” of several projects and companies Conway will announce in the next few weeks, according to a statement.
“The opportunity to be involved at this level with an innovative and dynamic new business model in the entertainment industry such as the one a proven visionary of Ronnie Gilley’s caliber is successfully building is both a tremendous honor and a pleasure for me,” Conway said in a statement.
Conway currently serves as both executive producer of the 2010 staging of BamaJam Music & Arts Festival, June3-5 in Enterprise, Ala., and the June 10-13 presentation of the CMA Music Festival in Nashville.
Conway can be reached at 615-478-4989 and tconwaytn@gmail.com.
