Sia Wants We, Meaning You, To Come See Her On Tour

Two years after her last North American tour, Sia is returning to the states this April for a month-long headlining tour followed by a round of European dates. April also marks the release of the Australian pop singer’s fourth studio album.

“The We Meaning You Tour” begins with Sia’s first show of 2010, an April 10 gig at Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, British Columbia, and runs through a May 6 show at Terminal 5 in New York.

Additional dates include Showbox At The Market in Seattle (April 12), House of Blues in San Diego (April 19), Fine Line Music Café in Minneapolis (April 24), St. Andrews Hall in Detroit (April 26), Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto (April 28) and Theatre Of The Living Arts in Philadelphia (May 2).

Sia is also scheduled to play this year’s edition of Coachella with an April 17 performance at Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif.

Sia will also make stops in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 5 with the pre-sale kicking off Feb. 3. Make sure to keep tabs on Sia’s Twitter because she’ll be announcing the pre-sale password through her account between now and Feb. 3.

Her fourth studio album, We Are Born, is set for release this April, although an exact date hasn’t yet been announced. We Are Born is the follow-up to Sia’s breakthrough album 2008’s Some People Have Real Problems.
