Tribes Feeling The Pinch
Washington state tribal casinos are feeling the crunch.
The Snoqualmie tribe is reportedly struggling to make payments on its new casino, the Skokomish tribe closed its casino last fall and the Nooksack tribe is currently in court with a lender.
Tribal casino revenues in the state were down roughly 30 percent in 2009, according to the Seattle Times.
