2010’s Country Megaticket Lineup

If you’re looking to catch as many country shows this summer as you can without straying too far from home, this offer is for you.

Brad Paisley is performing along with Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts is playing with Kellie Pickler and Chris Young, and Lady Antebellum is paired with Tim McGraw and The Lost Trailers (2/11-4/10) and Love and Theft (4/11-8/15).

The lineup also includes Brooks & Dunn with Jason Aldean (April 23 thru June 13 but not including 5/4-5/6) & Gary Allan (5/4-5/6 and after June 13th). Sugarland is bringing along special guests as is Toby Keith.

Country Throwdown 2010 features some of the best newcomers to the genre including Montgomery Gentry, Jamey Johnson, Little Big Town, Jack Ingram, Eric Church, Eli Young Band, The Lost Trailers, Heidi Newfield, Ryan Bingham, Jonathan Singleton & The Grove, Emily West. Bluebird Café Artists: Ashley Ray, Brad Tursi, Cory Branan, Dave Pahanish, Jedd Hughes, Sarah Buxton, Troy Olsen and Walker Hayes.

The 2010 Country Megaticket is offered at 25 venues across the U.S. from the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif., to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass., to the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Fla.

If you’re not familiar with the Country Megaticket, let’s take the Shoreline Amphitheatre as an example. Six major tours are stopping at the venue including Brooks & Dunn with Jason Aldean  (April 24), Tim McGraw with Lady Antebellum & Love and Theft (May 29), the Country Throwdown Tour (June 20), Toby Keith with special guests (Aug. 6), Brad Paisley with Darius Rucker (Sept. 16) and Rascal Flatts with Kellie Pickler & Chris Young (Oct. 8).

Fans can get into all six show at a major (or rather, mega) discount by purchasing a Country Megaticket. Prices range from the $120 lawn package to $550 gold package to the $650 platinum package.

To do the math for you, the lawn package works out to just $20 per show, saving fans 30 percent off of the face value of the tickets. The gold package includes the same upper level reserved seat at each show, a private party before each show and VIP parking pass for each show. The platinum package also includes a private party before each show and VIP parking pass for each show as well as the same lower level reserved seat at each show.
