The Church Takes You Down Memory Lane
The time-travel element will be in each night’s setlist as the band members Steve Kilby, Peter Koppes, Time Powles and Marty Willson-Piper perform one song from each of the group’s albums in reverse chronological order.

That means The Church will open with a track from its 2009 album – Untitled #23 – and journey through the past until reaching the 1980 band’s debut album – Of Skins And Heart.
The 30th anniversary tour begins in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, Calif., at The Coach House April 2. San Diego is next on the list with a gig scheduled for Anthology April 4.
Then it’s on to The Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood April 5 followed by San Francisco at Great American Music Hall April 6. Other stops include Seattle (April 9), Minneapolis (April 13), Chicago (April 15), Pittsburgh (April 19), Boston (April 21), NYC (April 22), Annapolis (April 27) and Norfolk (April 28) before wrapping up in Atlanta at Center Stage May 1.
The Church will also give every ticket holder a free copy of Deadman’s Hand, the third EP release from Untitled #23, including the title tune plus unreleased tracks from the band’s secret stash.
