Bowery In Beantown

The Bowery Presents continues to expand and is expected to soon have a presence in Beantown.

Dave Ralph, who co-owns the facility formerly known as The Roxy in Boston, confirmed to Pollstar that when the building reopens as The Royale, its exclusive talent buyer will be the New York-based promotion company.

Bowery is expected to employ a local staff and bring in about 100 shows a year to the 1,305-capacity venue.

The Royale, which is expected to open this month, already has Public Image Ltd. on the books.
