Concerts Suck On The Red Vine
A first-time Australian survey showed how outdoor concerts in wineries in New South Wales’ Hunter Valley reap tens of millions of dollars in tourism.
The research, by BA Market Surveys, found that Fleetwood Mac’s show in December generated $13.8 million in accommodation, restaurant, catering and wine sales.
Elton John in 2007 pumped an extra $10 million into the area.
