Splendour Battle Looming

Splendour in The Grass has moved to the Woodfordia site in Queensland, Australia, for the next two years while its previous venue in Byron Bay is being renovated.

But Queensland authorities are trying to entice the festival to remain there.

Meanwhile, Byron Bay’s retail and hospitality sector admit they are facing a hard winter without the fest, as Splendour attracted 17,500 per year and injected A$6 million into the local economy.
