Country Throwdown Ready To Rumble

Montgomery Gentry, Jamey Johnson, Little Big Town, Jack Ingram and Eric Church are just a few of the artists lined up for the first tour beginning May 14 in Florida.

Called the first “annual multi-stage country tour,” sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drink and brought to you by 4 FINI, the same folks that rock your world each summer with the , Country Throwdown also features Eli Young Band, The Lost Trailers, Heidi Newfield, Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses, Jonathan Singleton & The Grove and Emily West.

Country Throwdown has partnered with Nashville’s Bluebird Café to present nine emerging singer-songwriters – Ashley Ray, Brad Tursi, Cory Branan, Dave Pahanish, Jedd Hughes, Sarah Buxton, Troy Olsen, Heather Morgan and Walker Hayes – who will appear on intimate “In The Round” performances during the day and on a specially designed stage during main stage set changes in the evenings.

The tour begins in Tampa May 14 at the Ford Amphitheatre. The next night is W. Palm Beach at the Cruzan Amphitheatre May 15 followed by Jacksonville at Metropolitan Park May 16.

Other stops include Cleveland (May 20), Chicago (May 22), Virginia Beach (June 4), Dallas (June 10), Denver (June 13), Bakersfield (June 16), San Diego (June 17) and Irvine, Calif. (June 19) before wrapping up in Mountain View at the Shoreline Amphitheatre June 20.

Pre-sale tickets for San Diego and Irvine are already taking place with another round of pre-sales for many markets beginning March 12. By using a commemorative 3D ticket design, pre-sale tickets also serve as an upgrade vehicle by allowing fans to enter the venue first through a separate line.
