Roberts-Spence’s UT Transfer
Carol Roberts-Spence became executive director of Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, a collaboration between the university and the towns of Midland and Odessa.
After 20 years with UT-El Paso, Roberts-Spence took the offer to start up the new PAC, which is scheduled to open in early spring of 2012.
She started the new position March 1 and can be reached at 432-552-4432.
