Glee Is Contagious
In response to rabid demand for tickets during presales, producers of the eagerly awaited “Glee Live! In Concert!” have added a May 22 matinee and evening show at L.A.’s Gibson Amphitheatre and May 29 matinee and May 30 evening show at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall.
Tickets for the tour’s kick off stop at Phoenix’s Dodge Theatre went on sale to the public this morning, with NYC shows on sale tomorrow at 9 a.m. EST and Los Angeles and Chicago dates both on sale at 10 a.m. local time.
Fans who want to catch Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith), Mercedes (Amber Riley), Kurt (Chris Colfer), Artie (Kevin McHale), Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz), Puck (Mark Salling), Quinn (Dianna Agron), Santana (Naya Rivera), Brittany (Heather Morris), Mike (Harry Shum, Jr.) and Matt (Dijon Talton), can snag tickets – priced from $39.50-$89.50 – at the usual locations, as well as the box offices of the Dodge Theatre, Gibson Amphitheatre and Chicago’s Rosemont Theatre.
The four-city, 11-show run of “Glee Live! In Concert” was conceived by the show’s creator Ryan Murphy and will feature live performances of the show-stopping, chart-topping musical arrangements of songs like “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Somebody To Love,” “Jump,” and “Don’t Rain on My Parade” that have won the series legions of fans.
