Rapper G Baby Shot

G Baby, a childhood friend and longtime confidant of Jay-Z protégé Memphis Bleek, was shot and killed after leaving a Fabolous gig Feb. 13.

The Brooklyn rapper, real name Gregory Brown, was shot a few blocks away from Club Amazura. A New York Police Department spokesman told MTV News an unknown attacker shot G Baby in the torso several times. An unidentified black male was also shot in the leg.

Authorities claim the murder was a result of an altercation G Baby was involved in during Fabolous’ show.
